ALL NEW ALUMINUM RAMPS: Now standard on our 83″ wide dump trailers are aluminum ramps. rigorously tested and proven, are much stronger and approx. 60 pounds lighter than traditional steel ramps. Thanks to their aluminum material, rust is no longer a worry. These ramps are durable, lighter, and longer lasting.

Runners under the bed from front to back that are placed where tracks would be on a track loader or equipment. This prevents bed and floor warping.

-1 piece bed sides. With a total of 7 breaks in the bed side it is stronger than a side runner on a bed side. We do use 10 ga. for our bed sides. This also allows for 1 seam inside the bed.

The industry best DTB sits atop of a dual layer of 6″ I-beam weighing in at 12 pounds per ft main frame construction. That’s 24 lbs/ft of pure steel putting maximum strength into the most critical part of your trailering system. Ironbull has elevated the dump trailer experience with our redesigned Side Armor system. This upgraded design keeps our 24-inch, 10-gauge original sidewall, featuring an oversized break that prevents bowing, ensuring unmatched side rigidity. The enhanced Side Armor introduces a fully enclosed top rail made of 11-gauge steel to safeguard against potential damage during side loading. Corner reinforcements have been strengthened, offering additional welding area to reinforce the dump box. With this advanced Side Armor system, every Ironbull dump trailer boasts an industry-leading dump box, allowing you to concentrate on your tasks with confidence.

A new ramp system removes the traditional steel ramps and now boasts all new aluminum ramps. 7-Gauge flooring is still standard on these models along with a fan favorite oversized front toolbox. The dump box side-step received a minor refresh with the addition of a gate pin and ramp lanyards. The rear gate latching system will now be housed inside the corner post offering greater protection to the operating components. A new stylized single break diamond plate fender was incorporated into the refresh and the jack mounting system was revised to allow for easier jack installation. Corrosion resistant tarp sail rod and crank handle hardware has also been incorporated based on customer feedback. It’s the same tough Bull with a new hard-hitting look. These show-stopper dump trailers are built to haul. 14,000 of GVWR and are equipped with enough lifting power to ensure you can always get your job done. Each Iron Bull 83 wide dump comes equipped standard with an industry best 7 gauge floor and 24″ high 10 gauge sides with 7 machined breaks that will not bend, bow, or buckle, even under the most demanding conditions. One of the most unique features on the Ironbull DTB is the structure under the bed. These full length bed runners ensure your floor is never warped across the crossmembers by any heavy tracked equipment you might haul. We have also equipped 10k jacks and a side step for easy bed access. A three way gate will ensure maximum flexibility for transport and dumping.

Top tier components come together with the most rugged construction on the market to deliver a dump trailer like no other. Brake axles and radial tires provide a solid foundation for each Iron Bull dump trailer, and ample grip for stopping power. A fresh coat of primer and powder coat gives each trailer a rugged finish with a showroom shine. 5/16 hydraulic cylinders are nested into a scissor hoist and provide the muscle for each Iron Bull dump trailer. Additional features include lifetime LEDs, provided by TecNiq lighting – and all units are powered by a deep cycle battery.

Each Ironbull Trailer also comes equipped with a standard tarp kit, spare tire mount, jack stand brackets, stake pockets, locking pump box, 5 position adjustable coupler, and 5 AMP 110v wall outlet charging receptacle for your battery.
