Im an over road truck driver. I was in another state on Wed, July 1st, when I spoke to Tom on the phone. I told him what I was looking for/ needing as far as trailer.
Tom explained, to me, the few options he had available that would meet our needs.
I went in on Thursday, July 2nd. Tom showed us the trailer options. We chose the 20 ft utility trailer as Tom informed us it would only cost about 100 more.
We filled out finance paperwork, but did not get approved.
They have another program called QuickLease. Tom put us in touch Melodie “Mel”. She was very professional, honest about the program, helpful, made the process easy.
We returned to pick up trailer thursday afternoon. Tom was busy with another customer. He said it could take a while.
Another salesman, Gavyn, stepped in and told Tom he would help us. Tom told him he could take over the sale. Gavyn told Tom he didn’t need take over the sale, it was just paperwork. Gavyn completed the process.
After hooking up the trailer, we noticed turn signals and brake light were not working. Gavyn asked a service man to help us. I didnt get his name, but he came out and tested all the lights on the trailer and connections on the car… turns out may be car fuses. I offered to pay for his time, but they declined.
With all that being said, Ive read some of the negative reviews. I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANYTHING BAD. The customer service (Gavyn stepping in to help Tom so we wouldnt have to wait or comeback), care, and professionlism I received was top notch. I will definately purchase from them again.
